Return and Refund Policy
At Luxe Bags, we extend a 7-day Return & Refund Policy to ensure your peace of mind.
We offer complimentary returns, refunds, or replacements within 7 days from the date of delivery of your purchase.
To qualify for a refund, your item must remain unused and in the same pristine condition as when initially received. It should also be accompanied by its original packaging.
You are eligible for a refund or return under the following scenarios:
Receipt of the incorrect product
Identification of defects in the product (please refer to point 8)
Damage incurred during shipping (you can opt for a cost-free exchange or reach out to us for a refund via email)
Evidence of tampering with the product
Kindly note that change of mind returns are not applicable. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% will be levied for each customer, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
In the event of order cancellation or refund requests for any reason, a transaction fee of 5% will be borne by you.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon receipt and examination of your return, an email notification will be sent to you detailing the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically directed to your original payment method or credit card within a few days.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges are exclusively facilitated for items displaying defects or damages. If you necessitate an exchange for the same item, please communicate with us via email at [email protected]. Await our response, and we will furnish you with the appropriate return address for the exchange process.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
In instances where you haven't yet received your refund, kindly scrutinize your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing time may vary before your refund is officially reflected.
